180 single serve tubs, 0.375 ounces each, non dairy, no refrigeration. An open carton does not survive a gap between bookings, so the creamer we leave out has to sit sealed on a shelf and wait for the next guest.
200 packets of turbinado cane sugar, Non-GMO Project Verified, kosher, vegan and gluten free. A sugar bowl is one more thing to wash and refill in every kitchen we turn over, and a box of packets takes that job off the list.

Wood chest in rustic brown that sits out on the counter, with a drawer underneath for extra boxes. A tea station is the kind of small thing guests mention in reviews, and the drawer keeps our backup stock out of sight.
We write the wifi password, the trash day and one local recommendation on these and prop one on the counter. A handwritten card gets read when a laminated binder does not, and it cuts the first-night questions.
The pineapple is the old symbol of hospitality, and this one sits outside on the porch or patio without rusting or blowing over. It photographs well for the listing and doubles as a landmark when a guest is hunting for the right door after dark.
If buying, installing and reordering all of this sounds like a lot, that is the part we take off your hands.
